U-Haul has made 17 facilities in the San Antonio metro area available to provide a month of free self-storage and U-Box portable storage container usage for residents in need of help after severe flooding and a tornado caused property damage across the region this week.
Flash flooding has impacted a significant part of Texas this week, prompting a disaster declaration for 59 counties including Bexar County. A tornado also touched down in northwestern San Antonio, causing property damage.
