“Fiscal year 2025 was a defining and transformative year for KNOREX, highlighted by our successful transition to a publicly listed company on the NYSE American in September,” said Dr. Justin Choo, CEO of KNOREX. “While our financial results reflected near-term revenue headwinds, we continued executing against the strategic initiatives that we believe position the Company for long-term growth. As part of that transition, we recently completed our first Annual Report on Form 20-F. We appreciate our shareholders’ patience and support throughout this process, as ensuring a comprehensive and accurate filing was an important priority for our team.”
“As previously disclosed, one of our largest agency customers experienced the loss of its largest automotive client due to external factors unrelated to KNOREX, including the impact of U.S. import tariffs on our customer’s end client, resulting in a decline in revenue. At the same time, we intentionally shifted our focus toward prospects who fit our ideal customer profile (ICP) across certain verticals, with an emphasis on automation through AI. While these factors had a short-term impact on revenue, we continue to expand and diversify our revenue base while executing against our long-term strategic priorities. In fact, excluding the aforementioned automotive client, our revenue increased 21%.”
“Despite these near-term headwinds, we continued to strengthen the foundation of our business by expanding enterprise customer engagement, enhancing our AI-driven platform capabilities, and investing in product innovation designed to support long-term scalable growth. We believe the continued adoption of AI-powered advertising and automation solutions across the digital marketing ecosystem positions KNOREX well for future growth opportunities.”
“Throughout the year, we secured and executed campaigns across multiple industries, increased utilization of our platform across search, social, CTV/OTT, display, and other digital channels, and continued advancing our proprietary KAIROS™ AI engine to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, and return on ad spend for customers. In addition, the introduction of our agentic AI-ready ads API marks an important step toward simplifying adoption of our solutions while expanding automation capabilities and enabling deeper integration opportunities for customers and partners.”
“Our XPO platform continues to deliver measurable value to customers through higher conversion quality, more efficient customer acquisition, enhanced campaign optimization, and expanded cross-channel reach. As advertisers increasingly seek simpler, unified, and data-driven solutions to navigate an increasingly fragmented digital advertising landscape, we believe our differentiated AI-driven approach positions us well to capitalize on long-term market opportunities.”
“Looking ahead, we remain focused on scaling platform adoption in select markets, streamlining onboarding, strengthening customer relationships, improving operating leverage, increasing revenue opportunities, and continuing to invest in the technologies and capabilities that we believe will drive long-term differentiation and sustainable shareholder value.”
